Jul 2026Like: Work Environment is nice, office is new and nice. The benefits are not alot but it's more than most government places.
Challenging: Management is not so open to communication. Person's here are not qualified for their role and feel threatened by new ideas especially some in top management.
Advice: Training is limited, I'd suggest learning what you can outside the workplace, do not get too complacent.
