Like: Persons are friendly and is the only thing that makes you feel good about going to work.
Challenging: I have been working about 8 years and my salary is a struggle, I use to get $50k, then $65k, $75 and now $80k, where in this economic can I survive on $70 add thousand after tax. I ask for an increase and nothing. The communication is poor and you might be on a contract without benefits for the rest of your working life, there is not much growth and the environment is just toxic.
Advice: This place teaches alot about people, the world and also can try to understand other areas of the field.
Like: Health benefits
Challenging: Work being overlooked and strongly biased.
Advice: Review this job as a stepping stone for future endeavors. Good start up to learn communication skills.
