Please read these terms. By using RateDiJob, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

RateDiJob is run by Vargon LLC, a company formed in Wyoming, USA. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Vargon LLC. “You” means anyone who uses the site.

2. What RateDiJob is

RateDiJob is a place where workers share honest reviews of employers in Jamaica. Reviews are the opinions and experiences of the people who write them. They are not our views, and we do not check whether they are true.

3. Your reviews are your responsibility

When you post a review, you promise that:

  • It is your own honest, first-hand experience.
  • It does not name or identify any individual person.
  • It does not state anything you know to be false.
  • It does not include private information about anyone.
  • It does not break any law.

You are responsible for what you post.

4. Permission to show your review

When you post, you give us permission to store, display, and share your review on RateDiJob. You keep ownership of what you wrote. This permission simply lets us run the site.

5. What you may not do

  • Do not post false claims, hate, threats, or harassment.
  • Do not name individuals or share private details.
  • Do not post spam, ads, or anything that is not about a workplace.
  • Do not try to break, hack, or overload the site.

6. We may remove content

We may remove, hide, or decline to publish any content at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We are not required to give a reason for removal.

7. No guarantees

We provide RateDiJob “as is.” We do not promise that the site will always work, or that any review is accurate or complete. You use it at your own risk.

8. Our liability is limited

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RateDiJob is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or from content posted by users. Reviews reflect the views of their authors, not of RateDiJob. We host opinions; we do not endorse or verify them.

9. Complaints

If you believe a review is false, unfair, or breaks the law, tell us through our Complaints page or email contactus@ratedijob.com. We look at every complaint, and we can remove content.

10. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute will be handled under Jamaican law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
