Community Guidelines

The basics

• Review companies, not people. Rate the employer. Do not name or point to a specific person, such as a named manager or coworker.
• Share your own experience. Write what you saw and felt on the job. This is honest opinion and personal experience, not claims you cannot stand behind.
• Be truthful. Only review places you have actually worked or had real dealings with.

What is not allowed

• Naming or identifying individuals. No personal names, nicknames, photos, or details that point to one person.
• Stating crimes as fact about a person. You can share your experience. You cannot accuse a named person of a crime.
• Hate and harassment. No slurs or attacks based on race, sex, religion, origin, or the like. No threats. No targeting anyone.
• Sexual or explicit content.
• Private information. No phone numbers, addresses, ID numbers, or personal social handles, yours or anyone else's.
• Fake or paid reviews. Nothing you were paid to write, no company reviewing itself, no revenge campaigns.
• Spam, advertising, or links.
• Repeated reviews of the same company by the same person.

How we keep it fair

• Every review is checked before it appears. We use automated screening, with a person reviewing anything borderline.
• If a review breaks these rules, we may hide or remove it.
• We keep a record of our moderation decisions, so removals stay consistent and accountable.
• Reviews are anonymous. We do not show who wrote them, and we design the system to hold as little about you as possible.

If you are an employer

• If you see a review you believe breaks these rules, you can report it.
• We do not remove honest, rule-following reviews just because they are critical. We do act on rule-breaking ones.
• We never collect your name, email, or account, so there is no identity on file to reveal. We keep a hashed IP and token briefly to stop spam, and neither can be turned back into who you are.

We may update these guidelines as the platform grows. The current version always lives on this page.
