How to report content you believe is harmful, defamatory, or unlawful.

Two ways to report

Quick report

Use the report button on any review to flag it anonymously. Quick reports go directly to our moderation queue and are reviewed promptly. Use this for content that violates our community guidelines.

Formal complaint (this page)

Use the form below for a formal complaint or takedown request, for example if you believe a review is defamatory, contains your personal data, or causes legal harm. Formal complaints include your contact details and are handled under our notice-and-takedown process.

Our process

  1. Submit your complaint using the form below.
  2. We will acknowledge receipt and aim to complete our review within 48 hours of receiving a complete complaint.
  3. We will notify you of the outcome: whether the content has been removed, modified, or retained, and the reason.
  4. If we retain the content, you may request that we reconsider or escalate the matter. You also retain the right to seek legal advice independently.

What your complaint should include

  • The URL or a description of the review or content you are complaining about.
  • Your name and contact email so we can respond to you.
  • Your role: for example, whether you represent the company mentioned or are an individual named in a review.
  • The reason for your complaint: defamation, privacy, personal data, harassment, other.
  • A description of the specific harm caused.
