Yes, by design. We never ask your name and you don't need an account. We do keep a hashed token and hashed IP briefly to stop spam, but neither can be turned back into your identity.

Very little. A scrambled token and a scrambled version of your IP, only to stop spam and double-posting. No name, no account, no email tied to your review. One honest tip: the words you write are the one thing that can point back to you. On a small team, very specific details can give you away, so keep it about the experience.

We do not have your name to give to anyone, and we never show your department or parish. The only thing that can identify you is what you write, so leave out details that only you would know.

Every review is checked before it goes live. It may be held if it names a person, reads as a factual accusation, or trips a content rule. You can edit and resubmit.

Because reviews are anonymous, there is no login to manage them. If you need one removed, use the Report link on that review and tell us what is wrong.

Each rating is the average of all approved reviews for that company. We always show how many reviews the average is based on.

It is how many reviews the rating is based on. Four stars from 50 reviews is stronger than four stars from 2. Always check the count next to the score.

The site is new and growing. Some pages are just getting started. The more workers share, the more useful each page becomes.

Yes. When you start a review, you can add a company that is not listed yet. New companies are checked before they go live.

Every review has a Report link. Tap it and tell us what is wrong. We review reports and can hide content that breaks the rules.

Use the Report link on the review, or the Complaints form, to send us a formal notice. We act on valid notices quickly.
