No. You can read everything and leave a review without signing up or creating an account.

You do not need to provide your name or email to leave a review. However, someone may recognise your experience from the details you share. Avoid names, exact dates, unique job titles, or incidents that could identify you.

Select or add your employer, give an overall star rating, and answer whether you would recommend working there. Comments, pay, and job details are optional.

Yes. Anyone with first-hand experience of a workplace in Jamaica can review it, current or former.

You can add it while starting a review. New companies are checked before they go live.

Reviews that pass our automatic checks are published immediately. Reviews flagged for further checks are held for manual review.

A scrambled version of your IP address, kept for 7 days, and a scrambled token, kept for up to 180 days. Both exist only to catch spam and stop the same person reviewing a company twice. These technical identifiers are not displayed publicly. We also use Vercel Analytics for page views and Sentry for error reports, both without your name or account attached. You never give us your name, email, or an account to sign in with. But no online service is perfectly anonymous, and the technical data above exists for a short time. Details in your review could also help someone recognise you, so avoid details only you would know.

Your pay selection is not displayed on your individual review. It contributes to grouped pay figures, which are shown only when enough people have shared their pay.

A few clear rules keep everyone safe:

• Do not name or identify any person. Reviews are about the workplace, not individuals.
• Share your honest opinion and experience, not claims stated as fact.
• No hate, harassment, threats, or confidential company information.

A review may be held for further checks if it could identify someone or break our content rules. If the form asks you to change something before submitting, follow the message shown.

You can edit your draft before you submit it. Once submitted, there is no account to go back in and change it. To have a published review removed, use the Report link on it, or send a formal complaint. We assess the request rather than removing automatically.

The review count shows how many experiences a rating reflects. A rating based on more reviews gives you a broader picture, although experiences can still vary.

Each company's rating is the average of all its approved reviews.

Some figures need a minimum number of answers before we display them. This helps protect privacy and avoids drawing conclusions from too little information.

The site is new and growing. The more people share, the more useful every page becomes.

Every review has a Report link. Use it to tell us what is wrong. We assess the report and can hide content that breaks our rules. Reporting does not remove a review automatically.

We screen every review against our content rules before it publishes. Reviews are workers' honest opinions, not facts we have independently verified.

When two things are true at once: five companies in that industry have been reviewed, and the industry has fifteen reviews in total. Until both are met, the page lists the companies alphabetically and shows no industry average at all. Five companies carrying one review each is five people speaking for a whole sector, and fifty reviews spread across two companies says nothing about the sector either. Both halves have to be there before an average means anything.

A company needs at least two reviews before it is given a rank position. Below that it still appears on the industry page and still shows its rating, and the page says not enough reviews yet beside it. One person's experience is real, but it is not a placing.

It is the average of every approved review across every rated company in that industry, shown to one decimal place. It is not an average of company averages, so a company with thirty reviews carries more weight than one with three. That is deliberate: the unit of experience is a review, not a company.
