Strong brands, great exposure to the FMCG industry and plenty of opportunities to learn and develop. I gained valuable experience working with distributors, customers and different areas of the business, and built relationships that I will always value.

The workload and pace could be very demanding, and maintaining work-life balance was sometimes difficult. There could also be a lot of competing priorities and layers of approval, which sometimes made decision-making and execution more challenging. More consistent communication, recognition and management support would improve the employee experience.

It’s a good company to build your experience and develop professionally, but don’t underestimate how demanding the environment can be. Make sure you understand the expectations of the role and the team you’ll be joining. Your experience will also depend heavily on your manager and department.
