The culture was super impressive accountability was foremost, staff was asked to engage with the work process, suggest ideas on overall improvement, the right people were being promoted etc
- What was challenging
Favoritism became the name of the game. Persons who had no clue what they were doing were being called promoted accountability became less and less so the lazy persons were getting away with doing little to no work while others suffered

Take every advantage of all opportunities presented to you whilst on the job especially if it serves your interests in growing your career.
