The place was small and open so you got to know your colleagues more.

The chairman being overly involved and really just comes across as a bully. He lacks tact when dealing with employees.
- Their advice
I know persons that stay for years and persons that leave within just a few months. They have a high turnover and its mostly customer service. So if you must, then do it, if not, try somewhere else.
