Some managers are welcoming and its a great place to learn and grow
- What was challenging
Insane working hours and the workload is heavy. They would rather hire people who weren't pulling their weight to show the have enough persons and dump the work on people who they know would pick up the slack last minute.

Increase the pay. Get people who actually put in the work so the workload is manageable for everyone or compensate the people who do the work more
