- What they liked
ATL has good team culture, and the work environment can be fun. I love that there are opportunities to work at the other subsidiary companies under the ATL group. Staff is rewarded yearly based on performance which was motivating. I also love that being a part of the group, you get gracious discounts on Sandals /Beaches hotel stay for you and family. I loved that they promote some sort of work life balance thru the Sports Club as well.
- What was challenging
The pay could be way more. Only certain groups of persons (sales reps) appear to be making a comfortable salary. Overall management was supportive but at times we heard about big changes through the grapevine before the details were given to staff members.

Go there with an open mind, learn as much as you can and have fun.
