The company is apart of the Musson Group - you get pension , health insurance, vehicle insurance (discounted ) and some other perks like discount or drugs ( they owned a pharmacy chain )
- What was challenging
The pay cut - they reduced and changed the pay structure. Then blamed the sales reps for low productivity. It wasn’t about that - it was envy. They hated the fact that sales reps could make 500k+ in a month. To them - we’re just salesmen and women - we shouldn’t be making so much .

Get involved. And make the most of the career. The company is going under a lot of restructuring so be careful.

Their is nothing named work life balance. I do the job of 3 people with the pay for 1 person. All the deadlines are expected to be met and there's no wiggle room. It has you working late nights and weekends regularly

The sole reason I am still working here is because there aren’t any vacancies elsewhere and I also worked from home.

I learn alot, I could move to a different MDA when the right role comes along.

Poor leadership from the executive team. HR Management needs to Go and they more empathy people, the H in HR is non existent in that organization and they spread alot of gossip and stifle those who they feel threaten their jobs. They have no life outside of the job and expect you too.

Learn as much as you can and then leave if you're not in Tax Auditing.
