I liked that work did not extend over the 8 hour shift
The culture, the mindset, piss poor management and leadership.

Nothing at all.
Having to stand for the entire 12 hour shift to heighten "customers' experience" because God forbids if we are sitting while some one else tends to the customer/s. Also, the requirements doesn't match the pay.
Management and most staff were unprofessional, rude and unwelcoming while I was there. I also find them dishonest and disingenuous. Run as far away as possible or take the job at your own risk.

They foster a dog eat dog mentality that i cannot get onboard with. The management is not supportive of growth and encourage this mentality of fighting each other instead of fostering team work
Go in, get the experience, keep your head down put it on your resume then leave

They have a lot of events that can be fun sometimes.
The culture is very toxic and there’s very little room for actual growth. The pay is also very low for most positions except maybe sales.
Be strategic about what you want out of the experience. Learn as much as you can, stay professional and move on.

Just the pay. And you get drop home when you work the closing shift
The culture is insufferable. People are ridiculed and disrespected, lact of respect and care from management and everything had to be paid for from your own pocket, food, uniform, food safety garments, shoes.
You can find better. Honestly.
