What they liked

The company is seen as reputable and one other employers would be impressed by.

What was challenging

The structure or business model. The work is manageable but rudimentary so it’s easy to get bored and feel stuck.

Their advice

This is a good place for entry level and those one their way to senior leadership. It should not be somewhere you see as building as lifelong career but rather a good pathway towards that. Do 3 years max and then leave

What they liked

Loved working here. Even when I left for possibly growth and experience elsewhere, I was still willing to go back to PwC, if given a good growth opportunity.

What was challenging

Sometimes Senior Leaders and Partners can be condescending. Favoritism was also pretty evident.

Their advice

Go in and be willing to grow and learn.

What they liked

Work Environment is nice, office is new and nice. The benefits are not alot but it's more than most government places.

What was challenging

Management is not so open to communication. Person's here are not qualified for their role and feel threatened by new ideas especially some in top management.

Their advice

Training is limited, I'd suggest learning what you can outside the workplace, do not get too complacent.

What they liked

Working at VMBS was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. It was my first real job after graduating from university, and I spent some of the best years of my professional life there. It wasn’t just a workplace—it became a place where I grew, learned, and built lifelong friendships with some of my dearest friends. One of the things that truly set VMBS apart was its commitment to employee well-being and engagement. The employee enrichment program was excellent, offering activities l

What was challenging

Like many organizations in the financial industry, the sales targets could sometimes feel unrealistic and were probably the most challenging aspect of the job. However, I recognize that this is common across the industry and didn’t overshadow the many positive experiences I had.

Their advice

Although I no longer work at VMBS, I look back on my time there with gratitude. If the opportunity ever arose, I would absolutely consider returning. I will always appreciate the experiences, friendships, and foundation that VMBS gave me at the start of my career.
