- What they liked
Some persons in the organisation made it worthwhile
- What was challenging
Workload; unqualified and inexperienced persons placed in positions, nepotism rampant
- Their advice
Terrible top leadership; micromanaging rampant at basically all supervisory levels; a very authoritative culture stemming from top leadership; organisation runs on fear rather than fairness

- What they liked
Management, especially at the Manning's Hill branch have poor attitude towards customers and staff. Very loud and abrasive, zero professionalism, zero respect and cannot be reasoned with. Abject stupidity and poor leadership skills.
- What was challenging
The attitude of management made everything unbearable. Always loud, always surly and don't regard feedback. Many customers at the Manning's Hill branch often complain about their unsavoury attitude. No people skills whatsoever.
- Their advice
Don't apply. Go sell bagjuice.

- What they liked
They had Fridays off, $100 canteen food, malfunctioning systems (late whenever with no deductions)
- What was challenging
Low pay, demotivated staff, no upgrades to the business, benefits taken away on a whim on a random Thursday/Friday evening, no updates/poor communication of business events, etc.
- Their advice
If you're into a company that's going to be crumbling from the inside out, look no further than here! You get a low salary, babysitting treatment via the "management" crew, and you wouldn't believe it; you get a chance to complain about any bad working habit/conditions and they milk that energy right out of you for free! So apply now for the best dead-end job right across from the cemetery. (Pun intended)

- Their advice
Ensure that you clearly understand the expectations and boundaries of the specific role (and communicate boundaries of your own) before you accept it, because the experience can become all-consuming and even frustrating if the structure and leadership around you aren’t clear.

- Their advice
Don't apply for it. Some money is better than no money but the trade off is incompetent coworkers who lack basic critical thinking skills and want you to think for you and them.

- What they liked
The team, flexibility, benefits and company culture.
- What was challenging
As an agent, it might be a bit challenging due to the customers and high call volume but I found it to be manageable before I was promoted.
- Their advice
Bend your mind to your condition. It's an entry level position which means you have to start from scratch but there are promotions. Do your work, come to work and apply to everything all when you don't quality. You started in the phone but that doesn't mean you have to stay there.
